FAQ’s

Samples4.me allows you to try products with free samples, so you can make smart shopping decisions. It is as easy as registering for a free membership, filling out the required information, and picking samples you would like to try whenever we have any available. We ship them right to your home totally free.

We have all kinds of samples! Makeup, beauty care products, household cleaning products, health products, food products, and sometimes other great offers.

We usually have samples available through the year. When samples are available, if you are a member we will automatically email you to let you know! Remember that samples are only available while supplies last.

You can only request samples ONCE per week and once per household. Duplicate orders will be removed so please be courteous to your fellow members.

Quantities are limited, and first ordered and confirmed. The faster you sign up, the better the chance you have of trying them!

Nothing at all! The samples are provided free of charge. All you have to do is sign up, request the samples you would like to try, and we will pack them up and send them to you, absolutely free!

This helps us understand who you are, what you like, and your shopping habits, so we can find products that we think you may want to try. We keep this information on file so when new samples become available we can notify you.

We send the samples through Pakistan Post and our partner courier companies directly to your doorstep.

Once your order is confirmed and verified, we collect the samples and package them for shipping. In most cases, your package is ready for shipping by the next working day. Depending on the method being used for shipping, it may take 8 – 12 working days before the samples are delivered to the address you have provided. In case the address is inaccessible or incomplete, we try our utmost to arrange for another delivery attempt. If your package remains undelivered, it is returned to us and our team will cancel the order.

We apologise about that. Although it is very rare, sometimes packages can get lost during the delivery process, or mis-delivered. There is also a possibility that the information we have available is incomplete, please log into your account and check the details just to be sure. We hope that you will request again when we have more samples available!
